"We are like clay, and you are the potter; your hands made us all." Isaiah 64:8
[God] wants us to be just like Jesus. Isn't that good news? You aren't stuck with today's personality. You aren't condemned to "grumpydom." You are tweakable. Even if you've worried each day of your life, you don't need to worry for the rest of your life. If you continue to live with hatred in your heart, that doesn't mean you have to die that way.
Why do we think, "Oh well. This is who I am, so this is who I will always be."? We all have the capacity for change. If we can work out and change our exterior appearance, then why can't we change our mindset and our hearts? Lots of times we can't do this one our own, but we require a coach. Jesus wants us to have a heart like his and wants to help us.
